    This is a fully remote role, reporting into our Head of Finance Strategic Transformation with a PST timezone requirement, as extensive support in APAC is required.     In this role, you will:

    • Develop and oversee our multi-year transformation program roadmap and provide regular program status updates to executive leadership.

    • Manage and communicate changes to program status, risks and dependencies. Identify, assess, and transparently escalate program issues and conflicts and suggest resolutions.

    • Define data-driven frameworks and processes to identify, measure, and manage program success focusing on business value.

    • Identify, scope, and prioritize projects based on business needs. Prepare resultant business cases and project plans.

    • Drive Finance annual OKR and planning cycles and develop and drive recurring processes to ensure cross-functional commitment to deliver on key goals.

    • Lead, mentor and develop a nimble global team of highly tenured and experienced senior managers.

    • Develop and provide department training on Finance Program Management reporting structure, tooling and metrics, adapted to Atlassian ways of working.

    What this role requires:

    • 8+ years of progressive experience in program management and transformation overseeing large-scale, complex cross-functional programs that delivered outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines.

    • Experience developing strategic long-range plans; able to translate strategic vision and objectives into executable outcomes that can be tracked and measured.

    • Capable of building and delivering compelling presentations and influencing executives.

    • Demonstrated ability to develop exceptional leaders and create a high-achieving team.

    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Comfortable building and driving new frameworks and processes with cross-functional teams.

    • Ownership mentality, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Thrives when challenging the status quo and setting new strategic / operational direction.

    • Experience working with Agile Project and Portfolio Management tools such as Jira.

    • Strong passion to design and implement solutions using next-generation technology such as data analytics, machine learning. and generative AI.

    • Advanced Excel and analytical skills including experience developing financial models for business forecasting.

    Compensation

    At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

    Zone A: $194,400 - $259,100

    Zone B: $174,900 - $233,200

    Zone C: $161,300 - $215,100

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
