    Position summary

    icated to providing financial insights that drive innovation and enhance cloud-based solutions. Our financial partnership supports the growing cloud business by analyzing revenue streams, forecasting growth, and ensuring financial sustainability.

    • Lead the revenue forecasting and reporting rhythms for the sales-led Enterprise business, ensuring alignment with strategic financial goals

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to drive revenue growth initiatives

    • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial forecasting accuracy

    • Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth

    • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making

    • Own creating clear and concise narratives grounded in data for highly visible monthly and quarterly reviews of the sales-led Enterprise motion

    • Build a variety of financial models to help predict the future of the business and support strategic decision-making

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in financial planning, or a similar role, with 3-5 years in topline/revenue for Enterprise sales-led motions

    • Proven track record of managing complex financial projects and leading cross-functional project teams

    • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience providing actionable insights that tell a compelling story using data

    • Experience engaging and providing financial support to senior business partners

    • Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

    • Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

    • A curiosity to learn and the initiative to act

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Hold a degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance or related field

    • Technology or Large Software / SaaS industry experience

    Compensation

    At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

    Zone A: $162,500 - $216,600

    Zone B: $146,200 - $194,900

    Zone C: $134,800 - $179,800

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
