sses to ensure immigration compliance with local laws, staying across all immigration changes; partner with our immigration vendor to ensure efficient delivery of immigration services, partner with internal teams to build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders
Partner with our global relocation company to manage a high volume of relocations within the EMEA region; be the escalation point of contact for policy queries and complex cases
Partner with our global tax vendor to manage tax services provided to our relocating employees and to support the preparation of tax efficient strategies for assignments
Provide guidance to employees, leadership and HR on immigration and relocation
Design, implement and manage effective and scalable mobility policies with employee experience at the forefront
Manage mobility policy exceptions and escalations, ensuring relevant stakeholders are consulted and matters are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Tax, Equity, Compensation and Benefits to design and execute mobility related initiatives, e.g. Internal Mobility, Team Anywhere (remote work), mergers and acquisitions
Work on a wide variety of projects, both domestic and international and provide global mobility guidance
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures on mobility related processes
Conduct workshops and training sessions for multiple stakeholders
Responsible for both regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements
Conduct detailed cost analysis and track vendor invoices, contracts, and purchase orders
Provide support and coach a senior Global Mobility Specialist whilst working closely with a team of Global Mobility Operations Specialists across the globe
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience within EMEA global mobility/HR - immigration and relocation experience preferred
Strong English language proficiency
Strong knowledge of Polish immigration law
Experience with other EMEA locations e.g. Netherlands, UK, Portugal, Germany
Demonstrated experience in providing guidance on mobility matters
Workday experience a plus
Leadership and coaching skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
High level of integrity and discretion
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Familiar with operating as part of a global team
Enthusiastic, positive and keen to learn and develop
