    Position summary

    hat - and that's exactly the challenge this team has taken on for Atlassian. You'll be joining the Consumption-Based Pricing PM group (part of the Global Experiences team), with a vision to enable Atlassian and its customers to successfully transition to a hybrid billing model, where value is linked to consumption and outcomes, not just seats.

    As a Principal Product Manager in a rapidly evolving and mission-critical domain, you'll be expected to bring clarity and urgency to strategy and implementation spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.

    • Leverage a deep understanding of Atlassian's customers, market, competition and customer expectations around pricing, packaging and billing, and develop an effective working understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Atlassian's platforms and systems

    • Rapidly develop impactful strategies and detailed, effective requirements for key functional and experience areas related to Consumption-Based Pricing

    • Work comfortably with diverse stakeholders and collaborators across levels (up to exec) and across crafts (PM, TPM, Design, PgM, Legal, PMM etc)

    • Engage directly with customers, account teams and partners to validate and refine strategies and plans

    • Drive prioritisation, implementation and delivery across multiple engineering groups, plus GTM teams like sales, support, partnerships

    • TBC - take day-to-day responsibility for PRDs, backlogs and roadmaps for mission-critical engineering teams or implementation programs as required.

    Minimum Qualifications/ Experience

    • 8+ years' experience as a Product Manager or similar role

    • Direct end-to-end experience owning features/products in enterprise SaaS (B2B, multi-tenant, scalable)

    • Proven track record of aligning and influencing across functions (sales, marketing, CS, executives)

    • Technical fluency: Ability to dig into architecture, APIs, integrations, data flow, trade-offs

    • Bachelor's in engineering / CS / equivalent technical/quantitative discipline

    Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

    • Experience building scaleable technology platforms and platform experiences

    • Pricing & monetization/ business model expertise

    • Experience working on billing and/ or pricing platforms

    • AI/ ML product or feature experience
