What you'll do
Be a partner and business advisor to senior R&D leaders to hire complex senior level positions across the R&D organisation.
Partner with other Recruiters and Recruiting Leaders to bring a holistic hiring picture to the leaders you support.
Drive recruitment strategy by using market data and other metrics to create a narrative and educate hiring leaders on best practices, process and opportunity areas.
Identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions that will improve the broader Recruiting team with the right level of collaboration and visibility to leadership and appropriate partners.
Proactively be a mentor and "go to" for the broader Recruiting team on best practices, challenges and development.
Qualifications
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
In-house or agency recruiting experience within the technology sector.
A background in the software industry and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for software recruiting.
The ability to manage large candidate pipelines across crafts while maintaining a high-quality experience.
Experience partnering with senior leaders across various functions through complex sourcing and hiring processes.
Experience using innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels.
You have a consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas.
Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems - we use iCIMS, LinkedIn, Linked In Talent Insights, referral programs, HR Headcount systems and job boards).
