About You:
Proven experience administering and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Strong understanding of workflows, custom fields, permissions, and automation rules.
Experience integrating Atlassian with external tools and platforms using APIs and scripts.
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, identity management, and change control.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to think in systems and balance technical precision with user experience.
