    Be a part of the ongoing growth in this area as we expand the platform to on board the many new products being developed, and evolve Provisioning Lifecycle Service to handle the new bundling and lifecycle requirements that flow from Atlassian's System of Work, and fuel growth in the enterprise market.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include

    • Coaching and leading 12 ~15 engineers, supporting them in their professional development to unlock their potential, and encouraging them to step outside their comfort zone to grow and excel.

    • Work with the organisation's leadership team to deliver upon the strategic vision and plan for the platform and build quarterly plans to give your team direction.

    • Be accountable for and lead effectiveness of the delivery of projects across your team.

    • Ensure operational excellence across the services you manage.

    • Work with partners across Atlassian to understand our users needs and promote usage.

    • 5+ years experience managing software engineers

    • 10+ years of experience building large-scale and modern web software and operating it in production

    • Experience with large-scale distributed systems and micro-services

    • Success with building great product in a face paced environment and running experiments at scale

    • Passion for mentoring engineers and helping others achieve their career goals
