    Position summary

    technical and business audiences within the enterprise.

    You'll be a builder and connectorworking with cross-functional teams to shape compelling narratives for each audience and craft the strategy to reach them through industry events and high-touch executive engagements. You'll partner closely with sales, field marketing, and customer lifecycle teams to deliver programs that drive pipeline, with a close eye on lead conversion. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a marketer who loves to operate with agility, test and learn, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

    In this role, you will:

    • Help shape GTM strategy for Teamwork Collections, working with our core product marketing team to identify key personas and test strategies for driving consideration

    • Develop event strategy and execute events (in-person, virtual, and third-party) that engage, educate, and convert target buyer audiences

    • Partner with sales and customer lifecycle marketing teams to develop the post-event strategy, assets, and talk tracks needed to win with new personas and in new markets.

    • Contribute to omni-channel demand generation programsincluding ABM, webinars, executive roundtables, field marketing, and digital campaignsto drive attendance and pipeline.

    • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative signals to assess ROI and propose quick, iterative improvements.

    • Build and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners, including event vendors and agencies.

    Your background:

    • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong ability to tailor narratives and messaging by audience

    • Experience in building for emerging categories and/or new audiences

    • Experience creating high-quality, memorable activations at large industry events and intimate executive engagements alike

    • Demonstrated ability to craft strategy and operationalize it across channels and teamsparticularly enterprise sales, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer lifecycle marketing teams

    • Strong sense of accountability for driving programs end-to-end and problem-solving along the way

    • Strong critical thinking, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills, with proficiency in presenting and storytelling.

    • Collaborative mindset with a low ego; thrives in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environment.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    Compensation

    At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

    • Zone A: $150,700 - $200,900

    • Zone B: $135,600 - $180,800

    • Zone C: $125,000 - $166,700

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
