Build and update our compensation tool, Anaplan, for compensation processing and reporting
Ensure our compensation plans comply with relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and audit
Communicate compensation plans and changes to the sales team, providing clarity on how they are rewarded for their performance.
Your background
Expertise in designing, managing, and launching new compensation plans
Experience in change management and influencing complex decisions
Approach complex problems with a balance of data and insights
Successful senior stakeholder engagement and partnership, especially sales
Data and visualization skills (excel/tableau/sql/anaplan) and storytelling
Minimum 3-6 years SaaS experience in operations

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $130,700 - $174,300
Zone B: $117,700 - $156,900
Zone C: $108,500- $144,700
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
