    Position summary

    ogy teams to support and deliver capabilities needed to scale & optimize our quote-to-cash processes.

    • Drive quote-to-cash projects & partner with other BSAs/BPAs to support QTC components of their projects.

    • Support QTC work streams for new product launches and M&A projects.

    • Own requirements documentation including BRDs, process flows, DACIs, wireframes or other assets used to collect business needs.

    • Perform systems administration on sales systems/tools.

    • Participate in user acceptance, smoke testing, and implementation activities.

    • Partner with our Enablement team to create trainings on quoting & contracting for our Sales teams.

    • Partner with forecasting & compensation teams to identify & implement optimizations in our Sales processes.

    • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Technology with a focus on quote-to-cash processes (eg quoting, contracting etc).

    • Experience administering a CPQ system.

    • Experience working in a high-growth, enterprise software company.

    • Experience with Direct and Channel sales ecosystems.

    • Experience with the full sales cycle, from lead to cash.

    • Excel skills - you know how to how to use Excel to make sense of large sets of Sales data, identify trends, and find discrepancies.

    • Familiarity with different software subscription models and cloud software sales models.

    • Deep experience with Salesforce.com platform, Salesforce certifications preferred.

    • You have strong business and technical acumen, and the ability to turn business needs into technical requirements.

    • You have the analytical skills to identify key decisions and the long & short term impacts of those decisions.

    Compensation

    At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

    Zone A: $150,300 - $200,400

    Zone B: $135,300 - $180,400

    Zone C: $124,800 - $166,400

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
