    Position summary

    res in each zone are:

    Zone A: $144,000 - $192,000

    Zone B: $129,600 - $172,800

    Zone C: $119,500 - $159,300

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

    What you'll do

    • Program management:

      • Manage technical programs of medium to large cross-functional scope, from end to end
      • Manage high complexity dependencies and risks between teams, by aligning stakeholders and escalating
      • Report success metrics for programs including major risks
      • Help provide clarity in the management of budgets (e.g. software services and contractors) for the engineering craft
    • Technical delivery and leadership:

      • Scale leadership by managing multiple technical and operational focused programs

      • Contribute to strategy within the product area

      • Apply technical knowledge to and close technical discussions with principal engineers and architects to unblock program outcomes

      • Build understanding between your program's technical direction, the business' market strategy and Atlassian's technical strategy

    Your background

    • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of experience in a similar Program or Project Management role, within cloud environments
    • Experience leading Agile programs across multiple teams, and managing Program schedules
    • Experience making decisions to keep projects on track, managing risks and dependencies, and evolved program management standards and operational processes
    • Experience building tools, dashboards and automation to increase transparency and reduce toil
