Minimum Requirements
Experience working with customers in AECO or D&M markets
5+ years of experience selling into the industry (regional or medium-sized accounts).
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.
Proven track record in sales execution, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience leading team projects.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using data to inform decisions.
Experience collaborating with technical teams and partners.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cross-regional or multi-national account management.
Familiarity with Autodesk products or comparable technology solutions.
Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
Advanced skills in strategic planning, business analysis, and process optimization.
Ability to drive customer engagement and satisfaction through innovative solutions.
Strong industry and business acumen.
