    Position summary

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the product activation phase to ensure customers are able to login, assign users and create projects.

    • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor. Activities include customer interactions, regular internal account team planning meetings and executing activities in customer success plans

    • Analyze activation data to identify trends and areas for improvement

    • Taking a proactive problem-solving approach, including finding opportunities to optimize and streamline processes.

    • Able to manage contacts, cases and collaborate effectively using Salesforce

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (IT), Network Architecture, or Engineering

    • 5+ years of experience in related MFG/DM/PLM or IT field

    • Knowledge of some Autodesk Products such as Fusion 360, Vault, and Fusion Manage

    • Additional knowledge of 3D Modeling tools is valued

    • Experience with cloud technologies is a plus

    • Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities

    • Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience

    • Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation

    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

    • Emotional intelligence; ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels

    • Must be flexible, decisive, self-motivated and proactive

    • Comfortable with ambiguity and working through change while driving results

    • Excellent team player, enjoying supporting and interacting with other members of a global, shared responsibility team
