Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the product activation phase to ensure customers are able to login, assign users and create projects.
Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor. Activities include customer interactions, regular internal account team planning meetings and executing activities in customer success plans
Analyze activation data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Taking a proactive problem-solving approach, including finding opportunities to optimize and streamline processes.
Able to manage contacts, cases and collaborate effectively using Salesforce
Minimum Qualifications
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (IT), Network Architecture, or Engineering
5+ years of experience in related MFG/DM/PLM or IT field
Knowledge of some Autodesk Products such as Fusion 360, Vault, and Fusion Manage
Additional knowledge of 3D Modeling tools is valued
Experience with cloud technologies is a plus
Able to manage several projects at a time, setting the right priorities
Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience
Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Emotional intelligence; ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
Must be flexible, decisive, self-motivated and proactive
Comfortable with ambiguity and working through change while driving results
