    Position summary

    sale relationship, ensures a smooth onboarding, and coordinates support efforts to maximize the value our customers receive from Autodesk solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Accelerate adoption of Autodesk solutions by prioritizing high-impact projects with measurable ROI

    • Define success metrics and build alignment across customer organizations

    • Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for a portfolio of named EBA accounts to drive broad adoption

    • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to solve customer challenges using Autodesk and 3rd-party solutions

    • Act as a trusted advisor by sharing insights, listening deeply, and aligning Autodesk capabilities to customer needs

    • Create and maintain key account documentation such as business reviews, proposals, and strategic recommendations

    • Foster strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at all levels, from end users to executives

    • Own post-sale account strategy and partner with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams to support account growth

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar)

    • Strong empathy, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to see customers succeed

    • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed expectations

    • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve

    • Skilled at influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building

    • Solid understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue/subscription models

    • Strong financial and analytical skills with a process-oriented approach

    • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skills

    • Fluent in English and additional European language
