    Position summary

    onnection metrics to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement

    • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to address technical issues affecting digital workflows and optimize system performance

    • Document employee journeys, workflows, and use cases to identify friction points and recommend solutions

    • Present solution insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including HR, IT, and C-suite executives

    • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital employee experience initiatives

    • Partner with IT and HR teams to align data-driven strategies with broader employee engagement goals

    • Advocate for continuous improvement by benchmarking data and refining strategies based on findings

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in solution insights or a similar role

    • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python) and visualization platforms (ex: Power BI)

    • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights

    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences

    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders

    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address challenges in employee digital workflows or system/tool usability

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in digital employee experience analytics

    • Familiarity with concepts and success metrics related to digital employee experience, such as engagement or employee satisfaction & effort measurement

    • Knowledge of modern workplace tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar collaboration platforms

    • Experience following data governance practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance

    • A team player who contributes to organizational growth through collaboration and innovation

    • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,200 and $181,610. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
