    Position summary

    • Identify and address risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap and technical requirements

    • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their growth and career development

    • Uphold best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation

    • Continuously refine engineering processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

    • Manage the performance of the engineering team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback

    • Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, integrating them into the development process as appropriate

    • Oversee resource planning and allocation to ensure the optimal performance of the team

    • Help the team grow and evolve as the organization expands, ensuring that engineering resources are effectively allocated and optimized

    • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure alignment and clarity

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

    • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

    • Strong proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)

    • Experience with mobile development platforms (iOS, Android, Kotlin) and frameworks (React Native, Flutter, etc.)

    • Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

    • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software projects

    • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions

    • Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks effectively

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Experience with Agile development methodologies

    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

    • Contributions to open-source projects or participation in the tech community
