    Position summary

    for the cross-functional team, set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.

    • Drive for continual product improvements and deliver results that exceed quality expectations

    • Integrate usability studies, customer feedback, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customers satisfaction

    • Work closely with UX and engineering teams to refine, test and build experiences

    • Define, monitor and analyze metrics for launched product functionalities and feed learnings back into product development process

    • Develop product roadmap. Prioritize features (and re-prioritize) against roadmap

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Have 3+ years of product or program management experience, ideally focused on systems, fulfillment, billing, or enterprise workflows

    • Enjoy working with both technical teams (APIs, data models, systems) and non-technical stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations)

    • Are a strong communicator and can break down complex technical ideas into clear, actionable plans

    • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and love solving complex problems

    • Take ownership and aren't afraid to dig into details to find solutions

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and data modelling
