Identify and qualify potential partners in Geo X cities, fostering strong collaborations to enhance business reach and engagement
Enable and scale partnerships, addressing complex challenges related to Geo X city dynamics, including partner relationships, customer needs, market coverage, and yield optimization
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
Partner with internal teams, including Marketing, License Compliance, and Channel Programs, to align strategies and achieve organizational goals
Support process alignment and ensure consistent engagement with partners
VAD Team Alignment
Collaborate with the extended VAD team to drive development across all hub-and-spoke regions
Foster effective communication to streamline operations and achieve regional business objectives
Funnel, Pipeline, and Forecast Accuracy
Ensure accuracy in sales funnel, pipeline, and forecasting while maintaining sales linearity
Focus on driving revenue through both track deals and run-rate opportunities to optimize performance and achieve sustained growth
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Channel Management with expertise in working with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Distribution Partners, including developing new channels
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the B2B marketplace and the key factors for successful VARs to build and sustain profitable business across the region
Results-Driven: Proven success in achieving sales and customer outcomes in partnership with Distributors and VARs across diverse regions
Mindset: A "whatever it takes" attitude to consistently deliver results above quota
Work Environment: Willingness and ability to operate in a hybrid work environment
