    and Development team, you will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge learning programs that will shape the future of our workforce.     Responsibilities

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence the development and customization of Autodesk's learning management system and tools
    • Lead the design and implementation of engaging learning experiences, including e-learning, blended learning, micro-learning, and workshops
    • As a small & growing team member, take an active, hands-on role in creating learning materials and content, ensuring it aligns with Autodesk's standards and best practices
    • Rapid prototyping, testing, and peer reviews of learning solutions
    • Leads and conducts thorough learner need gap analysis, creates learning requirements, and recommends appropriate solutions
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning experiences and make necessary adjustments
    • Manage a growing instructional design team, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
    • Identify and implement the latest trends and advancements in learning experience design and technology
    • Use a consultative approach and represent the L&D team locally in the nearby Bangalore office and the larger Asia and Pacific Region
      • Stay updated on the latest learning and development trends, methodologies, and technologies to ensure innovative and effective training programs

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in human resource development, instructional design, learning technology, education or related field

    • 5+ years of experience creating innovative learning solutions in a corporate environment, preferably at a global technology company

    • 3+ years of experience in managing a small learning team

    • Deep expertise in instructional design and learning technology

    • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Articulate or similar learning design tools, including creating templates and best practices

    • Analytical mindset and experience with business analysis in Excel, PowerBI, or equivalents

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good eye for visual design

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, using various asynchronous collaboration tools

    • Ability to build relationships with and manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization

    • Organized with advanced project management skills and a hands-on, action-oriented style

    • Highly self-driven and motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

    • Broad experience working with diverse teams in a global virtual environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience creating learning solutions with gamification elements

    • Experience developing, facilitating, and delivering workshops and training

    • A design-thinking mindset or certification is a plus Instructional or graphical design, training, or content production certifications are a plus
