    Position summary

    • Help maintain infrastructure as code and develop automation tools

    • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth

    • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

    • 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering.

    • Strong experience with cloud services, particularly AWS

    • Proficient understanding of infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet)

    • Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).

    • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

    • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).

    • Solid understanding of network protocols and security best practices

    • Experience with observability tools such as Open Telemetry, Dynatrace, Splunk, Sentry

    • Ruby on Rails knowledge is a big plus

    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
