    Position summary

    • Collaborate with identity, security, and infrastructure teams to maintain operational continuity and compliance

    • Maintain thorough documentation, SOPs, and platform configurations

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration within large-scale enterprise environments

    • Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice/Telephony, including SIP trunking and Direct Routing

    • Proven experience in license governance and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft 365 tools

    • Strong communication and leadership skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive administration

    • Microsoft certifications such as MS-700, MS-100, or MS-101 are highly preferred
