Be a role model for working in the production codebase for Autodesk Platform Services (C# / .Net Framework & Core) to deliver high-quality, secure, and stable code
Develop, troubleshoot, test, and debug C# .Net components
Engage directly with customers to provide technical support for complex issues
Be a technical leader who influences technical decisions across multiple teams
Write technical design documents, participate in design and code reviews within the team, across teams, develop estimates for tasks, and document code
Work with an extended team of software developers, QAs, and Product Managers and Architects in the US and other worldwide engineering sites
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
Act as a Product owner for the team; balancing requirements from different sources like PM, Architectural roadmap, and service/component improvement
Lead team initiatives and drive key business outcomes
Navigate uncertain milestones from concept to successful delivery
Lead technical discussions and incident resolutions
Mentor team members and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing
Act as a Subject Matter Expert, make significant contributions to design
Utilize expertise in .Net and C#, along with a strong grasp of key design principles
Design solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, resiliency, and cost
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience as a software engineer, with a focus on .Net, C# & WPF.
Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture.
Excellent knowledge of .Net programming and C#.
Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review.
Knowledge of test-driven development.
Mastery in software engineering tools, including Git/GitHub & Jenkins & experience with build and deployment processes.
