    What you'll do:

    • Own the full lifecycle of key AI platform initiatives - from vision, strategy, and roadmap to launch, adoption, and iterative improvement.

    • Define and deliver AI-powered agent experiences that help users search, summarize, reason over, and take action on data across APS and connected Autodesk products.

    • Design user experiences and APIs that make LLMs and intelligent agents truly useful for complex, real-world design and make workflows (not just demos).

    • Partner closely with engineering, PMs, and architecture teams to tackle hard problems

    • Engage directly with strategic customers, partners, and internal product teams to deeply understand use cases, validate hypotheses, and prioritize the roadmap.

    • Define success metrics, run experiments, and use both qualitative and quantitative signals to make tradeoffs and product decisions.

    • Collaborate with GTM, sales, and customer success to craft positioning, packaging, and pricing for new AI platform capabilities.

    • Work closely with legal, security, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI practices, governance, and trust for enterprise customers.

    • Help shape the broader AI strategy for Autodesk Platform Services and influence related roadmaps across Autodesk's product portfolio.

    What we're looking for:

    • 3 to 8 years of experience in product management and/or software engineering, including experience building cloud or platform products.

    • Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience) with the ability to go deep with engineers and data scientists.

    • Strong understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, especially Large language models and prompt / interaction design, Intelligent agents, tools, and orchestration frameworks

    • Proven experience shipping high-impact B2B or enterprise software products, ideally in platform, data, or developer-facing domains.

    • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy in ambiguous spaces and bring 0→1 ideas to market.

    • Comfort working at multiple altitudes: from long-term vision and narrative to detailed requirements, API contracts, and UX flows.

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and tell a compelling product story using both data and customer insights.

    • Bias toward action and a willingness to do what's needed for the team's success-whether that means digging into logs, helping debug issues, or talking directly with customers.

    Nice to have:

    • Hands-on experience building production AI applications on top of LLMs and intelligent agents.

    • Familiarity with large-scale data platforms, observability, or analytics infrastructure.

    • Experience building AI capabilities in security-sensitive, regulated, or highly trusted environments (e.g., manufacturing, AEC, media, finance, or healthcare).

    • Previous work on developer platforms, APIs, or ecosystems where third-party developers build on your services.
