Responsibilities
Blend data driven models with business rules and machine learning models to create segmentation logic for our renewal opportunities
Identify and assign top priority opportunities to Sales Reps on a recurring basis
Maintain and evolve existing stakeholder-facing Power BI Reports
Develop new reports and dashboards
Provide data-based recommendations to Sales Leaders to provide actionable insights and performance improvements
Track & monitor existing KPIs, ensure regular review and evolution of metrics to maintain business relevance
Collaborate with other data-driven teams to translate business needs into relevant data models
Support testing and evaluation of said data models
Combine and streamline activities currently handled by different roles, creating a cohesive and efficient process
Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met effectively
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years with relevant experience required as business analyst, business intelligence analyst or similar field
High level of proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to develop and maintain complex dashboards
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Proactive working style
Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and data administration processes
Excellent business acumen and ability to leverage existing data science and machine learning models
Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders from different functions, such as sales or finance
Excellent communication skills in English language, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
Experience transforming and extracting data through SQL statements from cloud-based data warehouse services like Snowflake
Experience in transforming data with scripting tools such as Python
Experience in process management
Knowledge of finance data and renewal business
Experience working with global teams
