    Responsibilities

    • We are looking for an innovative and growth-oriented Marketing Manager to drive revenue impact through strategic demand generation initiatives especially for 1:Many programs

    • Drive execution of 1:Many programs and targeted campaigns to drive market penetration in Volume segment for Autodesk industries.

    • Develop targeted marketing strategies for different audience segments, including engineers, designers, IT and R&D and utilize data-driven insights to understand audience needs and preferences, and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.

    • Develop and implement field marketing programs and webinars by working closely with regional demand gen, content marketing, product marketing and sales to pursue marketing initiatives in line with regional business strategy

    • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, webinars, and more

    • Measure and analyze marketing program performance, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals. Report and present monthly and quarterly marketing results and highlights for internal audience

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution

    • Support creation and production of value-driven content for local thought leadership and Own the localisation of campaigns and content for India

    • Navigate complex organizational dynamics to advocate for marketing priorities and secure necessary resources

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Atleast 8-10 years of experience in B2B tech marketing with experience in Volume segment. Experience creating and executing campaigns to drive growth for businesses. Has to have understanding and experience of both Field Marketing and Digital Marketing. Has a demonstrated ability to build collaborative, trustworthy relationships across functions and geographies to achieve shared business objectives Highly motivated, results-oriented, self-starter with strong blend of creativity and analytical skills
