d our Enablement team as part of the horizontal teams that look at our most important changes and drive people readiness. This position requires deep expertise, relationship building, and will directly impact our ability to scale transformation across a global GTM organization of over 7,000 people.
Responsibilities
Lead change management impact assessments for major GTM transformation and growth initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams (program management, enablement, business process excellence) to ensure integrated change plans that drive adoption and minimize disruption
Hire and manage a team of change managers to lead change management and change impact
Build and deploy a scalable change framework to standardize approach, tools, and outcomes to manage change
Develop deep understanding and manage stakeholders to ensure readiness across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Collaborate with executive sponsors and functional leaders to ensure visibility, alignment, and support for key initiatives
Define success metrics and track change adoption, business impact, and feedback loops to inform continuous improvement
Contribute to a culture of change agility, building internal capability through coaching, training, and best practice sharing
Minimum Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience leading change management in large, complex environments
At least 3 years of direct people management experience, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and team development
Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and tools, with a pragmatic, results-oriented application style
Experience working in or supporting go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Ops)
Ability to translate complex initiatives into accessible messages and practical action plans
Exceptional interpersonal and influence skills; able to build trust across executive and operational levels• Adept at managing multiple, fast-paced initiatives with competing priorities
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred
