    Position summary

    with business teams who define the internal computations and data structures. Your skills with data and systems will ensure that all integrations are optimized and you will guide the standard operations responses to trouble tickets. Expect to be a leader in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, code deployment, and monitors. You will apply your technical skills to automation, system performance, and cost optimization. Your career at Autodesk will be a blend of strategic support, engineering, and data provisioning. You will report to the manager and be part of an international team.

    It's a hybrid work model.

    Responsibilities

    Financial Transaction Support:

    • SAP S4 support including FICA, FIGL, Order management, Billing and Invoicing, Tax, Treasury, Credit/Debit Memos, RAR, Core Finance, Management Reporting, Group Reporting, Bank Codes, etc.

    • SAP Hana support providing query and job support for views, reporting, and data replication to other systems

    • Integration support with upstream systems provisioning data to SAP

    • Business Intelligence application support for reporting and dashboards

    Business Operation Support:

    • Incident Management

    • Issue resolution

    • Facilitate Post Incident Analysis

    • Continuous improvement

    Day to day activities:

    • Manage ticket queue, project releases, and build deployments

    • Solution review and approvals

    • Monitoring dashboards and alerting

    • Documentation and mentoring

    • Legal and SOX compliance support

    • Identify Automation opportunities and guide implementation

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience supporting SAP transaction and financial functions

      • Including strong skills interacting with SAP S4 and Hana
    • 4+ years working in a tech or data support position

    • 3+ years experience with reporting tools (Preferably: Business Objects, Power BI, QlikView, Looker)

    • 2+ years experience with database SQL

    • 2+ years experience with system or security administration

    Other Beneficial Qualifications

    • Prior developed automations

    • SAP ABAP familiarity

    • 2+ years experience with Snowflake

    • 3+ years experience working with Amazon (AWS) or other cloud or hosted operation models

    • Experience with Git or other code control systems

    • Strong time management skills

    • Strong troubleshooting skills

    • Stakeholder Management & Mentorship skills

    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins

    • Good experience with issue/ticket management tools like Service Now

    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

    • Ability to work as part of a team, including sharing effort and information

    • Experience working in Agile project patterns

    • Design experience with any of the above required skills

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,100 and $148,500. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
