Coordinate and facilitate PBP staff and extended staff meetings, functional meetings and offsites. Build agendas and ensure clear documentation of decisions, next steps, and follow-ups
Serve as a strategic advisor to Business Partner Practice Leads, helping prioritize initiatives and drive decision-making within Practice Areas and the broader PBP community
Partner cross-functionally across PPL to strengthen alignment between Centers of Excellence (COE) and PBP organizations
Contribute to cross functional projects, representing the PBP perspective and influencing program design, delivery, and enablement
Partner with Insights Partners to generate insights for PBP Practice Leads using key employee metrics, leveraging tools such as the People Insights Portal and customized reporting
Drive short- to mid-term functional and practice-specific initiatives by identifying challenges, framing problems, and delivering solutions. Translate initiatives and strategies into actionable outcomes
Manage internal communications including drafting emails, updates, presentations, and reports for PBP function and executive audiences on behalf of Practice Leads
Provide support in prioritization and execution for PBP Practice Leads, translating strategic vision into actionable outcomes.
Collaborate with the PBP Executive Assistant and provide work direction as needed regarding functional priorities, initiatives, meeting cadences and offsites
Build and maintain a trusted and collaborative relationship with the CPO's Chief of Staff and Go to Market. Operate as a strong partner in strategic planning and execution
Lead and influence across PPL functions, including Performance Consulting, Talent Management, Diversity & Belonging, Compensation, Learning & Development, and People Analytics, as well as Employee Listening, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Acquisition, and GTM functions
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience, with a BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
Prior HR/People Business Partner experience preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with experience working with large data sets to derive meaningful insights
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and align leaders and stakeholders across matrixed organizations
Ability to manage operating cadences and drive alignment across teams
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results
Experience coordinating and leading cross-functional initiatives, ensuring execution and accountability
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
Strategic Thinking - Proactively responds to evolving business/functional needs and objectives
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Change management skills
