    Position summary

    orate with cross-functional teams to enhance incident detection and response capabilities.

    • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future incident response efforts.

    • Manage and oversee security operations, including monitoring, detection, and analysis of security events.

    • Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to continuously improve the organization's security posture.

    • Provide training and guidance to the team on incident response and security operations best practices.

    • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members.

    • Report directly to senior leadership and provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing the organization's security posture.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal role.

    • Proven experience in incident response, security operations, and building response processes.

    • Strong knowledge of data security principles, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Vulnerability Management.

    • Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and securing cloud environments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.

    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC are highly desirable.
