    Position summary

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions using C#, React, TypeScript, and Node.js. On local and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

    • Build robust backend services and APIs with C#/.NET, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and reliability.

    • Develop rich, responsive frontend experiences using React + TypeScript, ensuring consistency, performance, and modern UI practices.

    • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, architects, and engineering peers across global teams.

    • Lead technical delivery for projects, ensuring high code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

    • Provide expert consulting to customers, helping them understand and leverage Autodesk technologies effectively.

    • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and promote engineering excellence across the team.

    • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the stack, driving clear resolutions and ensuring timely project delivery.

    • Stay current with industry trends, cloud capabilities, and modern software development approaches.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5-6+ years of experience in full-stack software development (for Principal-level consideration- 10+ years).

    • Strong backend development experience with C# and .NET.

    • Strong frontend development experience with React + TypeScript.

    • Experience with implementing and manging cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure).

    • Solid understanding of modern SDLC practices, CI/CD, testing, and code quality standards.

    • Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively.

    • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automated testing frameworks).

    • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

    • Prior consulting experience or other client-facing background.

    Additional details

    • This is a hybrid position with 3 Krakow office days.

    • The role may give you an opportunity for light business travel, providing exposure to wider teams and initiatives.
