    Position summary

    • Own and maintain the product roadmap; translate strategy into clear product deliverables

    • Lead feature prioritization and end-to-end delivery from problem definition through launch and adoption

    • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

    • Collaborate with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure sales enablement, launch readiness, and effective regional rollouts

    • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product decisions

    • Define success metrics and use data to measure outcomes and guide iteration

    • Communicate product plans, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders across the organization

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform products

    • Experience defining and delivering products for multiple regions or international markets

    • Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and prioritized roadmaps

    • Proven track record of partnering effectively with engineering, design, and GTM teams

    • Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics and evaluating product success

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development practices

    • Experience in construction technology, enterprise software, or global SaaS products is a plus

    Salary transparency
    Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $122,000 and $179,300. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
