Senior Technical Training Instructor

ports to the Collaboration Services Manager.

Responsibilities

• Research, recommend, design, and implement training strategies

• Plan and execute training to meet current & future organizational needs

• Provide internal consultation to identify training needs and develop course content

• Prepare lesson plans and instruct participants in various formats

• Facilitate training classes across multiple mediums including virtual, hybrid, and in-person

• Conduct follow-up to assess the effectiveness of training programs

• Develop initiatives to improve team collaboration and productivity

• Partner with Human Resources and research & design to facilitate employment enablement programs

• Participate in and manage global collaboration projects and policies

• Generate reports on training initiatives and key metrics

• Work with external vendors to plan and coordinate training events

• Manage pre-work distribution, monitor enrollments, and class logistics

• Coordinate with internal teams to enter course materials into the learning management system

• Consult on tool RFPs, feature requests, and recognition programs

• Travel maybe required

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in technology support

• 5+ years in training facilitation, and collaboration tools

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in Design thinking

• Foster a collaborative and optimistic atmosphere

• Able to decompose complex problems into manageable solutions

• Extensive experience with Microsoft suite and other collaboration tools

• Proven track record in multi-functional team projects

• Knowledge of various collaboration platforms for integration and automation

• Ability to document and present technical specifications

• Experience in customer interaction and understanding user needs
