    Position summary

    ving user journeys across the Forma ecosystem-from onboarding and activation to long-term engagement.

    You will join a cross-functional team, working in a highly experimental, data-driven environment. Together, you will identify opportunities, run experiments, and deliver features that help users realize value faster.

    This role combines:

    What You Will Do

    Build and Lead the Growth Engineering Team

    • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Growth Software Engineers

    • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning

    • Coach engineers in both technical and product thinking

    • Create an environment where engineers feel supported, challenged, and empowered

    Drive Growth Through Engineering

    • Lead initiatives focused on onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement

    • Enable rapid experimentation (A/B testing, feature flags, analytics-driven iteration)

    • Partner with Product and Design to identify and prioritize growth opportunities

    • Ensure the team delivers measurable impact on key user and business metrics

    Strengthen Data-Driven Development

    • Promote best practices in experimentation and hypothesis-driven development

    • Ensure proper instrumentation, analytics, and feedback loops

    • Use data to guide decisions and continuously improve user experiences

    Collaborate Across the Organization

    • Work closely with other product areas

    • Partner with analytics, platform, and infrastructure teams

    • Contribute to the broader engineering management group

    About the Team

    The Growth team works across the Forma product ecosystem, focusing on:

    • Personalized onboarding experiences

    • User journey optimization

    • Feature discovery and activation

    • Experimentation and conversion optimization

    The team plays a critical role in ensuring users quickly understand and benefit from the product.

    What Will Help You Succeed

    • Experience leading and growing software engineers in a product-focused environment

    • Strong hands-on background building cloud-based systems

    • Experience working with data-driven development, experimentation, or growth engineering

    • Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment

    • Strong collaboration and communication skills

    • Passion for building products that deliver real user value
