What you'll do

•Consultar y asesorar a nuestros clientes y partes interesadas internas sobre el uso de la tecnología para resolver problemas empresariales

•Participar en talleres con clientes para analizar y diseñar soluciones para flujos de trabajo

•Escribir especificaciones técnicas y colaborar con el equipo funcional para asegurar que los requisitos se entiendan

•Ayudar en la escalación y resolución de problemas de CRM

•Prototipar, configurar y probar los procesos empresariales respectivos

•Habilitar el diseño de la arquitectura conceptual y las soluciones técnicas

•Mejorar el negocio de tus clientes identificando desafíos potenciales y apoyando la mejora continua a través de su sistema CRM
