What you'll do
The Small, Medium, and Corporate (SMC) Sales team helps businesses achieve their digital transformation and business goals with Microsoft solutions and partners. You will focus on customers across industries and company sizes to identify their needs and opportunities using the latest in digital selling technology. The BDE will help customers realize value from the Microsoft Cloud across customer solution areas like Modern Work, Security, Business Applications, Infrastructure, and Data and AI. The BDE will develop networks within their client base, within the market they're targeting and with key partners. They are team-players and in many cases, leaders. To get business done internally and externally, BDEs lean on a cross-functional internal team to configure winning proposals and projects that meet our client's needs. BDEs negotiate agreements with the customer, and internally with commercial colleagues to ensure that customer requirements are met at an acceptable level of profitability.
When we win new clients, we want to keep them and build a great client experience. BDEs are key to cultivating this and are always looking for ways in which additional products/services and breadth of solutions can grow the client relationship.
