What you'll do

Webアプリ開発案件におけるアプリケーションアーキテクト、またはその候補として、以下の役割を担当していただきます。

• 顧客・ビジネス・案件・チームのそれぞれの特性に応じた最適なアーキテクチャの決定や設計指針を定義し、チームが適切な技術的選択を行えるようリードする。

• アーキテクチャプロトタイプの作成・検証や開発標準を策定・実装・展開する

• アーキテクチャ領域におけるエキスパートとして、アーキテクチャや現在の技術環境を継続的に分析・レビューし、改善案を提示する。

• 常に最新技術や業界動向を把握し続け、成熟度や効果を踏まえた技術・アーキテクチャの導入を検討・推進する。

• チームメンバーアーキテクチャ決定や設計指針を遵守できるようサポートする。

• 顧客の政治的風土や文化を理解した上で、アーキテクチャに対する顧客やチームメンバーの期待値をコントロールし、議論・説明・説得を行う。
