Skills and experiences
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
Design, develop, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE using JavaScript, C#, Power Automate, and plugins.
Extend D365 CE functionality using Power Platform, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and Azure services.
Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and third-party systems using Dataverse, APIs, and Azure Logic Apps.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and guiding best practices in development and solution architecture.
Work closely with functional consultants to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of business requirements.
Conduct code reviews, system testing, and troubleshoot complex issues.
Stay up to date with Microsoft's roadmap, new features, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in solution delivery.

What you'll do
We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and CRM processes, with hands-on experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service). You will work with clients to understand their requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery that drives business value.
