• Vous avez déjà piloté et mené des équipes dans le cadre de projets de refonte ou d'automatisation de processus, de déploiement d'applications métier, de transformation organisationnelle, ou de mise en place de nouvelles manières de travailler (en agile notamment).
• Vous avez déjà endossé des responsabilités sur des sujets de gouvernance, gestion des risques, financière et contractuelle avec vos clients. Vous savez mener des ateliers clients pour définir leurs besoins et élaborer des solutions adaptées.
• Vous avez de solides connaissances sur la « business analysis » et sur au moins une des méthodologies de gestion de projet suivantes : PMI, Prince 2, SCRUM, SAFE, ITIL, PROSCI.
• Une ou plusieurs certifications sur ces domaines serait un plus mais vous aurez l'opportunité de vous former et de vous certifier durant votre parcours avec nous.
• Maîtrise de la communication en anglais et en français.
What you'll do
• Participer aux phases d'avant-vente avec les clients (identification des besoins, participation à la rédaction de propositions commerciales, participation aux soutenances, etc.)
• Accompagner la phase d'avant-vente en interne et la transition vers la phase d'exécution.
• Piloter le bon déroulement et le succès d'un projet, mesuré sur le planning, le budget et le périmètre, la satisfaction client et la qualité des livrables.
• Être en charge des estimations, du planning, de la mobilisation, de l'exécution jusqu'à la clôture.
• Communiquer de façon régulière sur l'avancement, la gestion des risques et la santé financière sur la base des engagements entre Avanade et ses clients.
• Gérer les équipes (onshore & offshore) et leurs objectifs de performance.
• Accompagnement au changement auprès des différentes parties prenantes, clients et équipes Avanade.
