What you'll do
Define test plans, scenarios, and test cases.Hold or be in the process of obtaining MB200, MB210, or MB220 certifications.Define test plans and monitor the implementation of features.Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-Model) and apply them effectively.Draft functional documentation and provide user training.Conduct workshops to gather and analyze client requirements and provide CRM implementation advice.Ensure alignment between client needs and the deployed CRM solution.
