Australian Clearance:
You will hold an existing clearance of level Negative Vetting 1 or higher and be willing to obtain higher levels of clearance as required in the future.
Preferred Education Background:
You will likely possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or a related field.
Microsoft Certification – Microsoft 365 Certified in one or more areas – Enterprise Administrator, Messaging Administrator or Teamwork Administrator
ITIL – experience and preferably trained/certified in ITILv3/4.
What you'll do
Lead service delivery teams in delivering what is defined and outlined in service contract on accounts of varying complexities.
Interface directly with the client IT organizations and take primary responsibility for maintaining/developing the client relationship and ensuring client satisfaction.
Serve as the link between delivery resources and client organization for technical, service and vendor issues, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
Maintain regular on-site presence with clients to enable nurturing growth in relationships.
Helping clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace transformation, you will work with customer and internal teams to manage a dynamic Software as a Service (SaaS) and customer ICT landscape that address client challenges
Develop pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable Workplace solutions and roadmaps that allows clients to address their business needs and leverage the best value out of their Microsoft investments.
Contribute to the development and evolution of future focused workplace and organization transformation propositions and solutions.
Lead a team of 5-10 in providing ICT services. Communicate and integrate with peer teams from other vendors to achieve customer outcomes.
