Skills and experiences
Knowledge & Experience of several of the following areas: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business
Knowledge & Experience of Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls such as retention policies, eDiscovery, RBAC, Microsoft Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention & Mail Hygiene.
Knowledge & Experience of Migration Tooling including Quest, Bit Titan, Sharegate, AvePoint
Knowledge of Evergreen practices in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Knowledge/Background Experience in cloud networking, remote access solutions, delivery optimization beneficial.
Your non-technical experience likely includes:
Interacting with clients and help them transform their technology landscapes
Technical and procedural documentation including build & operations guides.
Working with global teams and offshore resources
Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
What you'll do
Work on client projects to execute large-scale Microsoft / Office 365 deployment, platform migration and coexistence
Create project deliverable documentation, including build and operations guides
Conduct systems integration testing, component integration testing.
Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to integrate technology, operations and solution requirements into solution designs
Travel domestically as required.
