• Previous consulting or advisory experience with strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills

• An understanding of how to collect and generate insight from quantitative and qualitative data

• Partnering with executive level clients, assessing client's goals and objectives and the ability to translate ideas

into strategic and practical solutions

Other desired skills include:

• Application of design thinking principles and methodologies

• Knowledge of ground-breaking technologies (artificial intelligence, 5G, Internet of Things, machine learning,

blockchain)

  physical workplace design

  • Develop employee and team-centric experiences using data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity

  improvement and retention of top talent

  • Develop and evolve future focused workforce and organisation transformation strategies, propositions and

  solutions

  • Drive cultural and operating model change as part of the transition to a high-performing, employee-centric

  modern workplace

  • Support modern workplace practice leadership on client engagements
