    Skills and experiences:**

    • 4+ years of proven hands-on technical expertise in one or more of the following: M365 ecosystem, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange/Sharepoint and Active Directory.

    • Have passed one or more of the following modern workplace certifications as a minimum: SC300, MS102 (MS203, MS500 – retired now)

    • Proven problem-solving skills, you should have a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within these technologies.

    • Security Awareness: Given the importance of security in IT roles, you must be aware of security best practices and have experience in implementing security measures within the Microsoft environment.

    • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, being a continuous self-driven learner.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    What you'll do

    What you'll do:

    • Contribute to the Design and implementation of cloud technologies, through requirements gathering, client discussions, industry and technical expertise.

    • Contribute to migration projects: facilitate the efficient and secure transfer of infrastructures to Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, or Active Directory solutions, while optimizing user collaboration and productivity.

    • Collaborate with our clients to create innovative solutions.

    • Foster collaboration internally through open communication.

    • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies utilising Avanade's close ties with Microsoft.

    • Partaking in virtual teams and communities sharing technical insights and enhancing Avanade's industry presence.
