Skills and experiences
You have a passion for learning along with good business sense and time management
You know how to manage your clients' expectations effectively
Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user
You've likely achieved a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer engagement modules Sales and Customer service is a must, Field services and marketing are nice to have.
Good functional knowledge about power platform
Experience on many full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is nice to have, but not required
You speak fluent **English and Arabic

What you'll do
Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems
Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams
Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis
Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood
Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes
