    Skills and experiences

    • You have a passion for learning along with good business sense and time management

    • You know how to manage your clients' expectations effectively

    • Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user

    • You've likely achieved a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

    • Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules

    • At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM

    • Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is nice to have, but not required

    What you'll do

    • Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems

    • Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams

    • Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis

    • Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood

    • Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes
