4+ Years: Background in system design, application development, software engineering, or similar fields.
2+ Years in Power Apps: Specialized experience in designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.
Proficiency in Power Apps/Power Platform:
Practical experience in building and deploying PowerApps and Power Platform solutions, ensuring functional, scalable, and innovative outcomes for clients.
Skilled in designing complex common data models tailored to client requirements and experience in integrating Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps with Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint as backend data storage solutions.
Good understanding of Power Platform licensing structures and plans to align solutions effectively with organizational needs.
Experience in deploying and administering Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) and governance components, ensuring optimal configuration and compliance.
Technical Core Skills: C#, SQL, .Net, PowerApps, Microsoft Dataverse (CDS), and Power Automate.
Global Collaboration: Experience working with global and offshore teams to establish, support, and maintain PowerApps and Power Platform technologies.
SaaS & PaaS Environments: Experience working within Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments, leveraging these platforms to deliver scalable, cloud-based solution
Nice to Have Skills/Experience:
Certifications: Relevant Power Platform certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, PL-200, MB-600 are a plus.
Additional Tools and Technologies: Experience with PowerApps Portals, PCF Controls, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management Gateway, Power Virtual Agents, RPA, AI Builder, PowerBI, and Customer Insights.
Database Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced understanding of relational database concepts.

Strong client management skills, with experience working as a consultant to develop technology strategies with Power Platform for external clients.

Willingness to travel based on project needs.
