Senior UX/UI Designer - Netherlands

Skills and experiences

• Several years practical experience in designing digital products and services;

• Experience in working with A-list brands;

• A thorough understanding of UX / UI, excellent knowledge of the user interface and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Invision,]

Adobe CS);

• Demonstrated experience in visual design, including brand identity, typography, color and style;

• Demonstrated experience in (qualitative/quantitative) User research, User journey mapping & creation of personas;

• An inspiring portfolio with UX strategy, research and interaction design;

• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills;

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Dutch and English;

• Strong curiosity for the design / tech world

What you'll do

• You will lead UX for projects e.g. creating flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes while working closely with your clients;

• Take ownership of clients & projects, and be an advocate and thought leader for UX design;

• Using your knowledge of interaction design to craft delightful user experiences;

• Coach & mentor emerging designers in projects and on the work floor;

• Taking creative opportunities and running with them, turning ideas into workable concepts that speak to users while meeting client

objectives;

• Spot and expand opportunities with our clients and build strong collaborations and be involved in presales and pitching.
