What you'll do

アバナードのSystem Tech Architecture組織では、パブリッククラウドの代表格であるマイクロソフトAzureに関与し、その技術を極めることが可能な環境が整っています。 グローバルに在籍しているマイクロソフト技術のエキスパートと意見を交換しながら、自己研鑽を深め、様々な業種のお客様の難問を解決することができます。これは、マーケットで高く評価されるAzureアーキテクトとして活躍し、さらなるキャリアを築くための絶好のポジションです。

このロールはサービスデリバリマネージャとしてチームを率いて、中規模から大規模/複雑なアカウントまたは小規模/それほど複雑ではないアカウントに対して、サービス契約にもとずいてプロジェクトを推進します。

【具体的な業務内容】

■プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、予算、品質とリスクとのバランスを踏まえて、関連する問題とリスクを管理します

■個々のプロジェクトの開発、実装、保守を実施し、予算内で品質の高い成果を保証するための、適切な管理、ガバナンス構造、モニタリングを含む作業計画立案します。

■プロジェクトのライフサイクル中の要件の正確な開発と追跡可能性を確保し、プロジェクト期間を通じて変更管理プロセスを実施します。

■クライアントの期待を管理し、ステークホルダとの会議でアバナードを代表しクライアントからの賛同を得ます。 また、相互の目標を達成するための信頼関係を構築しします。

■プロジェクトにアサインするリソースに対して必要な研修を実施し、効果的に活用します。

■サービス ライセンス契約 (SLA) を含め、適切なオンショア、オフショア、およびニアショアの従業員を割り当て、管理します。

■アバナードの標準ツールを使用した作業労力と経費の見積りを含む、販売プロセスの支援します。
