    Skills and experiences

    • Solid consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client digital workplace, IT Operating Model and employee experience strategies and transformations.
    • Experience selling and delivering large, digital workplace / employee experience transformations, and the associated organisational/cultural change.
    • Workplace solution experience should cover one or more of the following:
    • Microsoft 365 Transformation Strategy, Roadmap
    • Value Measurement, Design Thinking
    • Microsoft 365 Governance, Co-Management design
    • IT / GBS Operating model design using ITIL / IT4IT
    • Experience in providing outstanding insights from a range of industry experience to help guide clients on how to evolve and develop their employee value proposition

    What you'll do

    • Assess and recommend employee and team centric digital workplace experiences (using data driven insights) that drive innovation, collaboration, productivity improvement, operational efficiency and retention of top talent at scale.
      *Support Workplace Advisory Practice Leadership on client engagements, responsible for the project management and associated deliverables.
      *Develop and evolve future focused workforce and organisation transformation strategies propositions and solutions.
      *Drive cultural and IT operating model change as part of the transition to a high-performing, employee-centric modern workplace.
      *Support the identification, development, selling and implementation of workplace experience propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.
      *Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics. Delivering sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs.
