    Responsibilities

    • Optimize end-to-end climate risk data delivery target state partnering with internal stakeholders.

    • Ensure data quality and accuracy by establishing and improving data quality checks.

    • Execute on Authorized Data Source (ADS) Data Sourcing and Provisioning strategy, in alignment with Enterprise Data Management and Global Risk objectives.

    • Perform complex analysis and being engaged in the development of modelling that maximizes profits and asset growth and minimizes credit and operating losses and other risk exposure.

    • Provide analytical support on various product strategies to ensure company goals are met.

    • Coordinate the production of performance reports for senior management.

    • Participate and develop more complex program processes to extract data and using databases to support statistical and financial modelling.

    • Analyze and evaluate large and complex economic and financial datasets with analytical tools of Python, SQL and R.

    • Use big data technologies SQL to handle large volumes of data produced for complex financial forecasting models.

    • Develop data visualization tools using Tableau to analyze and present data in order to support model development of mortgage loan loss forecast.

    • Employ data analytics and visualization tools Alteryx, Tableau, and Jupyter Notebook to build easy access analytical capabilities and insightful reporting for the management.

    • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related: and

    • 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related Quantitative occupation.

    • Must include 1 year of experience in each of the following:

    • Analyzing and evaluating large and complex economic and financial datasets with analytical tools of Python, SQL and R;

    • Using big data technologies SQL to handle large volumes of data produced for complex financial forecasting models;

    • Developing data visualization tools using Tableau to analyze and present data in order to support model development of mortgage loan loss forecast; and,

    • Employing data analytics and visualization tools Alteryx, Tableau, and Jupyter Notebook to build easy access analytical capabilities and insightful reporting for the management.
